To rent a vehicle from our website, customers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s licence recognized in New Zealand. International drivers must provide a valid international driving permit (IDP) if their licence is not in English.

2. Booking and Payment

All vehicle bookings must be made through our website or authorized booking channels. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with New Zealand road laws. Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing without permission, or by any person not listed in the rental agreement.

4. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are covered by basic insurance as required under New Zealand regulations. However, renters may be responsible for an excess amount in the event of damage, loss, or accident. Additional insurance options may be available at the time of booking.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are typically provided with a specified fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations may be made according to our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.

7. Vehicle Return and Late Fees

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location specified in the booking. Late returns may result in additional rental charges or penalty fees. Customers are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period.
